General information
Altusprint.com is an art and interior/decoration webstore from Finland.
Order
Ordering consists of following phases:
Placing the product in the shopping cart, terms of delivery, summary and payment.
Payment methods
International payments we use Stripe Ltd and Visma Payments (Paybyway, 2486559-4). You can pay your order by an internet banking account and payment cards (credit/debit).
Delivery
An e-mail confirmation/receipt will be sent to the customer for received order.
Altusprints.com reserves the right to cancel an order or orders if the customer has repetedly failed the payment or returned ordered products.
Processing time is approximately seven business days. Processing time is time that we are ready to send finnished print to you. Deliverytime is approximately a couple of business days.
Right to return goods
Customer has the right to return the goods for 14 days.
Goods need to be unused and intact.
The customer must cover the costs of returning the goods.
Time of return begins when the customer has received the product.
When the product has returned to us we make refund to customer`s account.
